At HighTaste, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or direct exchanges.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return within the designated return period. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued for the approved amount. Store credits may be used toward any future purchase on our website.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including the purchase of the return label. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

No cash refunds, credit card refunds, or other forms of reimbursement will be provided under any circumstances. By placing an order with HighTaste, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
